Positive: Decor was precious. Convenience with the river and all amenities in the home were perfect.
Negative: The only thing that wasn’t lovely was the older water hose with a hole in it. When we washed off after getting out of the river it sprayed everywhere but this is a MINOR detail in regards to our experience.
Summary: We will be back! We loved the location, the feel of the home and the comfort. It was perfect for our stay!

Positive: Nice and roomy. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable couch! Eclectically furnished. Covered patio and open air deck with plentiful seating. Great location.
Negative: A light on both sides of bed in master. A working light for twin in 2nd BR.
Summary: Great getaway escape.

Positive: There was no breakfast but the location was great!
Negative: The only issue was finding the place. Apparently they are doing road work right on the street where Frog Cottage is located so there was no street sign to find the house. Plus you have to drive over a creek and if it rains and the creek floods you can't get out.
Summary: We had a blast! Perfect location and we had so much fun outside watching the river and deer.

Positive: This little piece of Heaven sits under the green shade trees along the Blanco River, down a private path. But, it's less than 2 mins from the heart of downtown. If it weren't so hot, we could have walked to town. I love the big deck and chairs that allow you to sit and watch nature as you sip your coffee or wine. I especially love the tasteful, country decor!!!!
Negative: We had trouble arriving very late at night because I incorrectly copied down the door code. When I called the emergency number, I had to leave a message. They didn't respond to my plea until the next morning, and it was a text saying, "We emailed the code to you." Not helpful. Luckily, someone left the sliding door open so we could get in at 11pm. Also, this is our third visit and I keep forgetting to bring my own hangers. I think they should leave some wire hangers in the little closet.
Summary: Superb place to stay as a getaway-from-it-all
